If you decide to organize something for Peace Day, I would be very happy to attend and perhaps read the original UN resolution. Unfortunately the UNACC board decided not to sponsor a larger event, since a) our membership is largely older and less active, and b) we are preparing for UN Day in October.
I guess I dropped of the radar for awhile while I was out of town and then moving to my new house, but I will be seeing you all again soon!

I won't be at Sunday's meeting, but is there any follow-up to this? Do we want to do a small event - even just a candlelight vigil the night of the 21rst? We could do something at Carle park again. Just a thought...
Also wondered if we're doing a table at IMC fest... I didn't get back to the person who posted about this and I didn't know if we wanted to do it.
