Subject: Attention: your civil liberties are in danger *again*

The center for public integrity has obtained a
leaked
document outlining the Domestic Security
Enhancement
Act of 2003, an act which adds to the already
dangerous Patriot Act of 2001 in giving power to
the
government to spy on, detain, and otherwise
harrass
its citizens.  Among the powers put forth in this
document are the ability to keep certain arrests
secret until subjects are indicted, limitations
on
oversight of the justice department by congress,
and
the power to strip immigrants of their
citizenship for
associating with "suspicious" groups.
