Bravo Carl. I think this sets a good tone. Given the result of your phone
call I doubt you'll hear back, but as Charlotte wrote just now, it's
important for us to keep to a higher standard than the opposition. (Like
pushing that sliding pickup last week, which wound up on the news :).)
Thanks for doing this.
BTW, I've heard back from the owner of the van that got boxed in, that his
road-hazard protection warranty covered the cost of replacing the tires
that inadvertently got damaged when folks extricated him by pushing
sideways. I'm pretty sure he didn't get the work done at Tires Plus ...
