	 	        *** WOMEN AGAINST WAR ***

12:00 Noon - 1:00 P.M.

What effect will the impending war on Iraq have on women in Iraq, the
United States, and across the globe? What impact will a war have on
the already scarce resources available to women in Iraq and in our
own country? Are we prepared to lose yet another generation to
war-making?

Groups all over the world will be using International Women's Day
(March 8th) to address these questions. Join us for this rally *open
to everyone* to stand in solidarity with women all over the world and
to DEMAND A JUST PEACE!

Speakers include:
-- Brooke Anderson (Progressive Resource/Action Cooperative)
-- Mona Haggag (Muslim Students Association)
-- Kathy Sims (Center for Women in Transition)
-- Kathie Spegal (Planned Parenthood of East Central IL)
-- Assata Zerai (Prof. of Afro-American Studies)

Organized by the Progressive Resource/Action Cooperative (PRC). To
volunteer or to ask questions, please contact the PRC at (217)
