There was another similar incident in Washington State.

from a friend in Washington:

PPS-----One of our group put a sign on his back, a picture of an Iraqi
child, with the question:  "Would you kill this child to get Saddam?", and
wore it while walking through the largest shopping mall here in Bellingham
(largest outside Seattle).  He was yelled at by a security guard, and
physically assaulted by the same guard, pushing him into a hallway,
demanding removal of the sign, and him from the premises.  No cops, no
arrest, no charges.----
