(Of potential interest to Peace-folks ... justice in Illinois. mek)

Hi, all.

Please join us for an evening of fun with our eyes on the prize. House Bill
101 is the closest it has ever been to passing in IL. Let's keep up the fight!

But let's have some fun first. Bring a friend:

The 85% Coalition is hosting a movie night Wednesday, March 12, at 7:00pm
at the Independent Media Center.

Enjoy "The Celluloid Closet," a documentary based on the book by Vito
Russo about the portrayal of gay life, sometimes damaging, sometimes
subliminal, in American film.

The 85% Coalition will be reporting on the status of House Bill 101 which
would add Sexual orientation to the Illinois Human Rights Act. This
prevents descrimination in housing, employment, public accommodations, and
credit based on one's sexual orientation.

That's Wednesday, March 12, 7:00pm at the Independent Media Center, 218 W
Main, in downtown Urbana

Hope to see you there!

Lori
