My spiritual advisor tells me that we cannot fight the war using energy of
war (anger, aggression, violence, resistance, even).  We must shift the
energies of this country toward a peaceful path.  This article and comment
below are a wonderful specific example of just this wisdom!

I am not saying that rage never visits me personally.  When it does, I try
to stop doing work for peace immediately, and deal with my emotions
directly- then when my emotions and energy are cleaned up and restored, I
resume assisting with peace issues.
