[Peace-discuss] another (private) action idea

For those of us with front yards with trees:

I thought about buying pink ribbons (to symbolize Iraqi civilian deaths) and
rwb ribbons (to symbolize American soldier's deaths) and tying the
appropriate number (continually updating) onto the tree in my front yard.

I would really love to see protest statements (beyond the NO IRAQ WAR)
signs, spread throughout our community into our front yards.
