This reopened incident regarding the "Tiger Force" should remind each of us 
that war is simply killing and destroying without any rules. There are in 
reality no winners just losers. When one goes to war, you have one job and one job 
only and this tranforms all individuals. Upon completion of war participation 
an individual is physiologically and psychologically changed. Some changes may 
be visible while others are not. Some may be immediate while others may be 
delayed before onset. It is also very important to understand the interpersonal 
dynamics and unrecognized consequences of war participation while trying to 
assess and understand these events. It is also important not to assess these 
events from today's perspective but from the reference frame and perspective of 
the time during which they occurred.
