This is very important but we must get the presidential decision directives (PDD's  #39  and #62 and many others) that make this happen and are the foundation for these violations of civil rights revoked. Bill Clinton enacted these two years ago. Please remember that PDD's are not under control of congres but have same effective legal powers.  All government agencies can use them as if they were enacted laws.  then you have war powers act etc. too.
