He is  the author of several books, including "Propaganda and the  Public Mind: Conversations with Noam Chomsky"; "The Decline  and Fall of Public Broadcasting"; "Culture and Resistance:  Conversations with Edward Said"; and "The Checkbook and the  Cruise Missile: Conversations with Arundhati Roy." Most  recently, he authored the book "Louder Than Bombs."
