[Peace-discuss] selective-service/draft resistance forming?

This came to my attention recently. It's an activist website out of
Anchorage, Alaska directly advocating selective-service/draft resistance and
proposing local legislation to exempt Anchorage residents from the draft.
I'm sure there are daunting legal obstacles to that, but it's intriguing
nonetheless. The site is:
