[Peace-discuss] Info request Re. Military Draft article

A few days ago somebody posted an article, or probably a link to an article, the gist of which was that a military draft would be a good thing. I no longer have that email, and if anyone could send me the link or the article I would deeply appreciate it. TIA, Chuck
