EPW abuse  torture has been coomon throughout history and wil continue. The 
concept that some of these individuals did not know what rhet were doing was 
wrong is pure BS. The plan to extract information via abuse was and stil is in 
place. As to any investigation. DOD  can not investigate itself. It is time for 
war crimes at international level
U.S. actions: 
1. Illegal pre-emptive invasion
2. Use of WMD's depleted uranium munitons - America's dirty bombs.
3. Torture
4. civilian  murders
5. cover-ups
