Hi David,

Unfortunately Jean Stoia and I decided to scrap the idea of  the letters to local businesses.  She checked with a lawyer- friend and was warned that (although unlikely) all the 
signers could be sued by Sinclair for interfering with their  business relationships.  Knowing this, we did not want to  put all of the signers at risk.  We are still proceeding 
with the picket on Sat., Oct. 23 and will be developing 
flyers advertising that event.  We will let you know more  when the details are decided.
