[Peace-discuss] American Empire delineated

For those who have the time, a useful description of what has been 
happening to get us used to an American Empire, by the same author who 
has well described U.S. militarism. Of course, empire and militarism 
are necessarily linked. The author doesn't discuss weaknesses and 
hypocrisies, just paints a picture of the "idealistic" neocon vision.
