[Peace-discuss] A fix for mailing list troubles

Well, it seems that the "groogroo.com" addresses are still messed up -
they've been that way for about two weeks now.

That is, if you've tried to send mail to the peace or peace-discuss lists
using an address like:

peace at lists.cu.groogroo.com
peace at lists.groogroo.com

or any other address that ends in groogroo.com, it probably didn't go
through.

The solution to that is to instead use "chambana.net" instead of groogoo.com

So if you're having problems sending mail to AWARE lists, try replacing
"groogroo.com" with "chambana.net".
