[Peace-discuss] Heads up - some posts will be delayed

Due to new SPAM-blocking software installed on the IMC server, many posts to
the AWARE mailing lists (peace, peace-discuss, peace-action) will be
delayed. A typical delay would be about an hour. Over time, fewer and fewer
posts will be delayed, but in the beginning (since the software was just
installed), most posts will experience this delay.
