 a. Estate Tax Petition - not discussed
 b. Discussion of AWARE support for Troops Out protest in DC,
    sponsored by United for Peace and Justice and ANSWER (Mort
Brussel)

4. Working Group Reports
 a. Farmers' Market -  well staffed, all is well

 b. July 4th - Float is almost ready
    - parade starts at 1:05 meet at Oregon and Busy, float #44
    - use a ready-made sign or bring your own
    - Paul Patton needs a wester bolo tie

 c. The Main Event - 20-25 participated
    - lots of positive responses from the public
  
 d. Trial Version of Main Event to be held on Sat 7/16 6-8 p.m.
   - discussion of flyering people eating dinner
   - police need to be informed

 e. AWARE Presents 
   - working group meeting, July 7, 7:00 at Jan & Durl's
   - Al Kagan wants to show "Unconstitutional"

 f. Public Square - people have created and are creating pieces 
    (Carol Inseep)

 g. Citizens' Police Review Board (Ricky Baldwin)
    - meeting Tues July 5, 5:00 IDF

 h. UPTV
    - Programming in for July, 4 new programs: Gay USA, Dyke TV, 
       Indimedia Newsreel, Blacked Out Media

 i. Democracy Now! on WILL 
    - Randall Cotton has a letter prepared
    - meeting with WILL programming personnel requested in letter
    - working group meeting July 4 11:30 IMC

  a. Laurel Prussing put stop to drug testing for may city positions,

    took heat in News Gazoo

  b. News Gazoo article racial statistics study police actions.  
     discussion of racial profiling.
