This nation article doesn't mention a dissenting
ruling about the endangered speciies act, that makes
me think that Robert is really one of those ideologues
of the constitution in exile ilk , he is an active
member in the federalist society after all.  It's a
"taking" for the federal gov't to allow lawsuits to
save species and habitat, apparently
