Here is the follow-up on my remarks at the meeting last night.  The 
May/June issue of Crisis (NAACP) reports taht African-American 
enlistment has dropped 41% from 2000 to 2005.  A-A recruits were 23.5% 
of the total in 2000 and are now only 13.9%.
