Today's Thurs, Taste begins tomorrow..... Are we skipping Taste and re-instating Farmers' Market for Sat? Or taking the w/e off re tabling?

If you look at the Taste of Champaign web site

you'll see that in addition to the News Gazette
there are 6 radio stations that are sponsors.
I think that the exclusion of AWARE and WEFT is
no coincidence, but just another example of
conservatives trying to cut out progressive
voices. It is really easy to claim rules and
deadlines as reasons for refusal, but it is the
people that make the rules and deadlines that we're
dealing with, so for them this is no excuse.
