FYI, an interesting analysis of the US vs Cuban electoral systems.  
Much of the analysis of the US system rings true.  I think it is 
crucial to defend the Cubans against the US drive towards empire. That 
said, I think it is necessary to compare the Cuban theory with practice 
on the ground.
