Dear AWARE,

I wanted to see if you all would like to co-sponsor an upcoming event being
organized by the Illinois Disciples Foundation (IDF) and the Progressive
Resource/Action Cooperative (PRC).

On Saturday, April 16th, the IDF and PRC are hosting "Veterans Speak Out: An
Anti-War Speakers Panel." The event will begin at 1pm and will be on the 1st
floor of the IDF (NW corner of Springfield and Wright in Champaign). The
event is free and open to the public! There will be three speakers and their
speeches will be followed by an open discussion and time for questions. See
below for more information about the speakers!

If your organization would like to co-sponsor this event, please reply to
me, Jen Tayabji, at tayabji at shout.net by next Tuesday, April 5th. Monetary
donations, though welcomed, are not required for co-sponsorship. If you
agree to co-sponsor we will place your organizations name on all publicity
for the event. We also hope you will announce this event to your members,
encourage them to come out to the event, and help to publicize the event.
Thank you very much for your time and consideration, and we hope will be
able to help us support this wonderful event.

If you¹d like to get more information about the IDF and the PRC, please feel
free to email me or check out our websites at www.prairienet.org/idf and
www.prairienet.org/prc respectively.

In solidarity,
Jen Tayabji
Executive Director of IDF
And member of the PRC
