[Peace-discuss] Iraqi election 'questions'

Sunni leaders in that province, Ninevah, claim the 2/3 was achieved.   
We can't know for sure, but under the conditions existing in Iraq  
generally, we can question the legitimacy of this election and its  
sponsors. --Mort
