  Why would anyone think for one second that an e-mail to an open list, from 
someone with no office or authority at WEFT at all, just another of our many, 
variously wacky Associates, would possibly be speaking for WEFT?  Or that WEFT 
is responsible for his opinions?  We put out FM, not mind control 
ays...  -cmb
