Hello!

My name is Allison Luzader and I am the current president for Students 
for Environmental Concerns (SECS) for 2006-2007. As you may know,
Environmental Action Night is one of our largest events and I am pleased 
to officially invite AWARE to attend this year’s event.

In the past, Environmental Action Night has had participation from over 
20 environmental groups on campus as well as over 200 attendees 
including students, faculty, and community members. This year, we are 
optimistic and expect an even larger turn out. SECS will take care of 
publicizing the event (but we do appreciate any help getting the word 
out), as well as coordinating the invitations, food, and speaker. But it 
will take representatives from groups like yours to make the event a 
true success.

If you have never attended EAN, the event is best described as a quad 
day centered on environmental groups. Each group will be given a table 
to set up a display with any information that describes your group’s 
activities, goals, and how to join.

The details of this year’s event are as follows:

-EAN will take place Thursday, August, 31st from 6pm-8pm (set-up will 
begin at 5pm)
-We have reserved the University YMCA (On Wright St. across from Lincoln 
Hall)
-Each group will have a table to set up a display for your club (if you 
have a large display and will require extra room, please just let us know)
-Food and drinks will be provided

Please respond as soon as possible with whether or not your group can 
attend.
