[Peace-discuss] Shadid radio interview

For the early birds among you, an interview with Anthony Shadid, author of "Night Draws Near: Iraq's People in the Shadow of America's War" and winner of the 2004 Pulitzer Prize in International Reporting, will be aired on local radio Sunday morning 1/15/06. 
Stations and times are 1) The Chief, 92.5 , 5am; 2) WIXY, 100.3, 5:40am; 3) MIX, 94.5, 6:30am; and Extra 99.1, 6:40am.
This interview was arranged as part of AWARE Presents effort to widen the audience for information on the effects on humanity of the current US foreign policy and the war in Iraq.  Plans are falling into place for Shadid to visit the community in March.
