[Peace-discuss] UIUC 'International Town Hall Meetings'

If anyone is ineterested in taking part in a working
group on the following proposal from UIUC, I think it
could be worthwhile - depending on the particulars, of
course (the first job of the working group would
presumably be find out more: what restrictions would
apply, who the audience would be, etc.)...

Thoughts?
