Carl,

Personally, I support the panel as it is currently scheduled in addition 
to supporting a future panel that would present AWARE's position.

I do think that the panel that has been put together does indeed serve a 
very valuable purpose.

Carl, I am indeed interested in working with you on a future panel that 
will come up with what the policies should be. AWARE's position should 
be the policy. Let us create such a panel. I offer to help with inviting 
people, finding co-sponsors, and recording the suggestions that the 
panel comes up with so that we can send the suggestions to those who can 
implement them -- or I cannot do all this, I offer to find people who can.
