We are allowed to put 3 referenda on the ballot through the township
meeting, and while it seems that all slots are accounted for in
Champaign, there is still a free slot in Urbana.

Assuming that to be the case, in the absence of information to the
contrary, is there any objection to the following? If not, I will
propose it at the township meeting.

Prevent War with Iran
Shall the voters call upon their elected representatives in Congress
to pursue all available means to prevent war with Iran, including
passing legislation that would prohibit the President from attacking Iran
without Congressional authorization?
