[Peace-discuss] Administrivia: "peace" for announcements, "peace-discuss" for discussions

Hello all,

Please note that the peace at ... list is intended for announcements
rather than discussions.   Although announcements often go to both
peace and peace-discuss, if you'd like to reply to one of these,
please remember to reply just to peace-discuss (or other discussion lists)
and avoid cluttering the peace list itself.  There hasn't been too
much clutter, I think, but enough to prompt one question.
