[Peace-discuss] Tim Johnson call

Rumor is that Tim Johnson calls a certain number of constituents every day 
just to ask their opinions, as a means of keeping track of the opinions of 
those he represents. It is quite a coincidence that he's called two people 
on this list recently, though, and suggests that his calls are not to 
randomly selected people, but perhaps to politically active ones. If I were 
him doing such an informal poll, I'd get the list of who voted in the last 
election and call only them.
