This new executive order makes me think of Nixon's enemies list. As I 
recall, Nixon did use the IRS punitively against people who didn't agree 
with his policies.

This sort of thing is in utter violation of due process. A right to a trial 
is  meaningless if the government can seize the assets you need to defend 
yourself in court.

If Bush uses this new executive order as Carl fears, the ACLU will have its 
work cut out for it, not that it doesn't already.
