[Peace-discuss] campus groups organizing anniversary event

Several groups on campus are getting together to organize the campus event for the anniversary of the invasion of Iraq. AWARE members are more than welcome to attend the planning meeting.

On March 20, 2003, the invasion of Iraq began. Spring Break for the University begins Friday the 16th (officially it begins the 18th which is Sunday).

Current Status of the plans:
The Campus Greens have arrangements underway to have the protest on Thursday March 15th behind the Union (quad side) from 11am-1pm and are lining up speakers and asking for sponsors.
