[Peace-discuss] vigil Monday, March 19, noon, Veterans Memorial, Broadway and Main, Urbana

There will be a vigil Monday, March 19, at noon, at the Veterans
Memorial, Broadway and Main, Urbana, marking the 4th anniversary of
the war in Iraq. Sponsored by MoveOn and Just Foreign Policy. (I
indicated that "Members of AWARE would be present" on the press
release.)

The theme of the vigil is: honor the fallen, bring the troops home,
end the war, no war with Iran.

Candles are very welcome but not mandatory.

We will have postcards for sending to Congress. We can walk over and
mail them afterwards!

Folks are encouraged to bring their own signs consistent with the
theme. Ricky and I will also bring signs - I will make some more of
the Iran ones.
