The first 2 options you list are good and parts of the 3rd, namely: 
* support, 
* assistance in getting the word out, and 
* information from their perspectives.

With regards to the rest of the 3rd option you mention (your complete statement can be read below), no.

However, those who care about Habitat and the Center need to be aware of how members on the city council are voting, and how those votes affect the poor. With this information, the people who support Habitat and the Center can better decide who they want to stay on the city council and who they would like to replace, and with what type of person they would like to replace them.
