Patrick Thompson v. Harvey Welch
Tuesday, April 29
in Courtroom D
at 2:30 p.m.

This is a small claims case where Patrick Thompson represented himself pro
se and is asking for all monies paid to Mr. Welch (some of which was
afforded by this group) for Welch's representation of Thompson during the
second trial. Judge Clem declared Welch provided ineffective assistance (a
very rare ruling ever) and one of the reasons for the upcoming third trial
in the criminal case.
Judge Holly Clemons is to announce her verdict tomorrow. The hearing
should be short. Please attend if you can.
