Holy crap.  Maricopa County cops were arresting people who were  
applauding speakers simply because the supporters were against the  
Maricopa County sheriff...and the Council has refused to let the  
citizens speak except for a few minutes at the end of a meeting --  
and then cut the time from 3 minutes to 2 minutes per person.

Civil disobedience is not our problem. Our problem is civil
