I'd be willing to bet that Joyce Tucker is an African-American woman who 
has achieved a position of some power in our society, so she's being 
"trotted out" as a glowing example of the success of the civil rights movement.

According to Naomi Klein, Boeing is the chief contractor building the $2.5 
billion "virtual fences" on our borders with Mexico and Canada.  Its 
partner in the project is Elbit, the Israeli contractor that built the 
controversial wall in Israel.

Remember old Ronnie Reagan in Berlin?  "Mr. Gorbachev, TEAR DOWN THIS 
WALL!"  How far we humans have "evolved"!
