Not necessarily. It can represent a strategy in which refuses to cooperate
and legitimize what the establishment uses to justify its legitimacy and
co-ops the masses by engaging them in rituals. One could say that it is
like the Church and its use of rituals to maintain order and compliance of
the faithful.
