Those of you interested in the IRV issue in Urbana might be interested 
in viewing the blog comments on the topic at IlliniPundit. There is some 
flippancy and miscellany in the thread, but Mark Shelden makes some 
particularly strong comments in favour of IRV that may be worth a look.
