[Peace-discuss] Vigil to mark five years of war in Iraq! Wed 3/19, 5:00-6:15pm, Urbana Veterans' Memorial

On Wednesday, March 19th, from 5:00-6:15pm, we will hold
a vigil to mark the beginning of the sixth year of the
US invasion of Iraq, at the Urbana Veterans' Memorial
at S. Broadway and E. Main streets, next to the Courthouse.

This is a solemn observance rather than a demonstration,
so please no political signs.

Wear dark clothing if possible, or a black armband.
Come at 5 or whenever you can.

Please spread the word to all who oppose
this and other wasteful, destructive wars.
