This evening, Jan has asked me to relay it widely to all Grandpa's friends
that it might be best to visit him sooner rather than later. Again, for
the time being there are no restrictions on visitor's hours. Currently,
Grandpa can hear and understand everything and he can and will also talk,
though that is increasingly difficult for him. He can see shadow and
light. He is paralyzed on his left side, but can move and feel on his
right side and is comforted by a caring touch. As Jamie said, most
importantly, he greatly appreciates the company of friends now.

PS: Jan and Durl do not plan to attend tomorrow's AWARE meeting.
