Dear Brian, How we wish that we could have been there to support Brian Chesley but our work schedule did not permit it. Our hearts are there however and we wish that the system could, maybe, this one time find it in their hearts to have compasion on a minority person...maybe think of us as human beings.

  This will the sentencing hearing for the two wrongful misdemeanor convictions of Brian Chesley. The Kirchner Law Office will likely be filing motions for a new trial which will be for Judge Kennedy to decide. We will find out where the Rietz administration truely stands on this case when Prosecutor Richard Scales will recommend a sentence for Brian Chesley before Kennedy passes sentence.
