It looks like the prosecutor in PT's trial has a rather ... interesting
history.  There was at least one other case back in 2002 where the
judge also dismissed charges in a sex crime case before the 
defense made its case.  In fact, there seem to be some parallels
between that case and this one.  Hmmm....
