This proposal is bizarre. The property owner can't know, in general, if the 
person is simply accused or actually did something criminal. It is the job 
of the courts to determine this. Evicting someone because you think they 
might have committed a crime likely leaves you open to being sued. Prussing 
and company need to think a little harder about the subject of due process.
