There will be no need to let that suspect have an attorney because they will let him off and not charge him.  It will sort of be like the CIA and torture.  (He retorted with tongue planted firmly in cheek.)

If they find the suspect who killed Hope, does this mean they won't have 
to let him have an attorney when he asks for one?
