Glenn Beck is a paid entertainer, a cheap media shill of the same stripe 
as Michelle Malkin.

Beck has displayed some enlightened moments (vis a vis his previous 
comments on his medical experience,
some interviews with Penn Jillette, etc..) but in the end it appears 
that Beck's elevator simply
doesn't reach the top floors.  This has become a repetitive
pattern with Beck, moments of seeming enlightenment followed by long 
lapses into the
same old neoconnish stuff.  Beck has consistently supported the status 
quo foreign policy.

It's not surprising that Beck says what his handlers pay him to say.
If Beck has any ideology at all it would seem to be hanging onto his 
paycheck.
