[Peace-discuss] We Need a Clean Vote Now on Afghanistan Escalation

Radical idea: let's have a Congressional debate and vote *before* the
troops are sent. And let's have a straight up or down vote on the
question at hand, without linking it to flood relief for farmers or
extending unemployment benefits.
